  • Where is your salon located? Is there parking?

    The address is 61 Arnett Rd. Rhinebeck NY 12572. Yes, there is free off-street parking in my private driveway.

  • How should I wear my hair when I come to my appointment?

    HAIRCUT ONLY

    If you are coming for haircutting services only, please come with clean, dry hair. I will be cutting your hair as you normally wear it. I will not be shampooing or blow-drying your hair unless you requested…and please don’t worry. If you LOVE getting your hair washed and blow-dryed, please don’t hesitate to ask!


    COLOR ONLY OR HAIRCUT + COLOR:

    If you are getting color services, you can come with clean or dirty hair. If you normally wear your hair straight, I will be blow drying at the end of the service, and if you normally wear your hair curly, I will leave it to air dry or blow-dry with a diffuser.


    SPECIAL EVENT HAIR:

    BLOWOUT: Clean or dirty hair is fine.

    UPDO: Clean or “day old” hair is fine unless we start with a blowout (see above).

  • Can I get a shampoo and/or blow-dry with my cut?

    YES! I know for some people the shampoo is a big part of the LOVE of going to the salon...if this is You...just let me know you'd like a shampoo with your cut and I will schedule accordingly:)

  • What forms of payment do you take?

    Cash is preferred. I also take personal checks, Venmo, Paypal, and Zelle. I can accept credit cards but will add a 3% processing fee.

  • If I have a friend or family member with me, is that ok?

    Yes, my salon can accommodate one or two companions.

  • What is your Covid Policy?

    I am fully vaccinated and boosted. I’m currently working unmasked, and do not require my clients to mask. I however am completely ok with masking for an appointment if you would feel more comfortable,  just reach out ahead of time.  I have complimentary masks if needed. 

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    I appreciate at least 24 hours' notice.
